Prism Smoke & Vape is looking for a full-time Manager to oversee and direct the activities of the retail store. The ideal candidate will be a leadership-trained professional able to inspire and motivate team members to perform their best and ensure the excellence of the food and beverage services.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead staff by example
• Guide employees through training and leadership development
• Ensure employees have adequate supplies and resources
• Develop schedules and staff schedules
• Ensure equipment is in good condition and maintain it
• Oversee store operations
• replenish inventory
• Prepare reports on employee performance
• Have fun!

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Manager or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of management techniques, communication and conflict resolution methods
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire employees
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills, able to prioritize work.
• Problem solving skills along with creative thinking.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $57,200.00 - $67,600.00 per year
